Hmm, maybe it’s only available in the Asian edition. Based on my usage, it seems to be meant for entering non-English characters, e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Korean.

There is only the comma icon beside the gears icon, when you click on the gears icon, it brings up setting but there is nothing about hand recognition. I would really like to get this onto my phone. It would really help out.

I’m not sure if it’s a separate app, because it was preloaded on my test unit. I activated mine by pressing the second button from left in the last row (with the “gear” icon”), next to the space bar.
